Karekare House - Kapiti Coast

This Project was started under the Atelierworkshop umbrella. The project initially involved large scale renovations and Additions to the existing house and pool. Later we developed a garage. As Giesen Architecture I have been under taken the final piece of the puzzle. A small self contained dwelling on a on the topmost knoll where the garage used to be.

The clients Marcel And Deanna also took the chance to install a high capacity Solar/ Battery system . By the middle of 2026 we will have 12 months data to review. It will be interesting a analyse the results.
