Imperial Business Park

This Development cobered 10,000m2 and was compromised of 86 Separate units, each with 2 car parks on the site of the old Imperial Tobacco Factory in Petone. The project included complex drainage and electricity solutions. The design revolved around 11 unique buildings that create an Urban form that speak to the surrounding hills.
